Smart M2M Credit is a powerful work queue tracking and response tool that facilitates the creation and completion of Credit Investigation tasks. Its main feature is dispatching of tasks to field agents either manually or automatically.

Features include maps, location tracking, data messaging, notifications, triple layer security, customizable forms and image capture among many others.

There are three default queues within the M2M Credit Mobile Dashboard: New, In Progress, and Returned. When a Credit Investigator Recieves new tasks, it is queued in the dashboard under "New". A number indicator displays the number of tasks within a certain queue. To start a task the CI must open a task and select the Action to Start the task. At this point, the task is queued under “In Progress”. Once started, the CI may start filling up the forms. Once completed, the CI may choose from the actions: "Partial Submit" or "Submit".
* Partial Submit returns the task to the Dispatcher for re-assignment. This is used when the currently assigned CI is unable to proceed with the task.
* The Submit function on the other hand submits the task to the Reviewer for checking.

All tasks that have been submitted or partially submitted from the mobile is queued under the Pending Sync. This serves as the queue of outgoing data from the mobile to the web. When there is an internet connection, the items in the pending sync are synchronized to the M2M Credit Web.
